If I received the right item, it looks nothing like this. The neckline is tighter and not closer to an off the shoulder look ; I wear a small or medium and got a medium in this and it’s cropped and fitted, not a lose fit.

I ordered this sweater in a S. Am usually between a S or M on top. This sweater doesn’t match the photo IMO. The neckline is a normal neckline so definitely not off-shoulder. And it’s more cropped than the photo. The sleeve length is also short for me. I could exchange for a M and that might help but the material is not as soft and cuddly as the photo looks. It is a more stiff material and the seams are very chunky. It looked totally silky with the chocolate balloon pants in the pic. I am returning.
